When the irrigation fluid comes in contact with a vibrating insert tip, it is converted in a microspray that leads to hemostasis at the surgical site, providing the surgeon with maximum visibility during surgery. When the cutting action stops, bleeding resumes, starting the healing process right away. Additionally, the cavitation effect cools down the surgical site and has a caustic effect on anaerobic bacteria.
