Medical Division- Business Development Manager
Mectron Spa (Italy), leading manufacturer of Piezoelectric Bone Surgery devices, for its US Partner located in Columbus is seeking for a Business Development Manager, able to develop sales through regional Distributors.
Reporting directly to the President & CEO of the US operations, reporting in dotted line to the Italy based Global Commercial Director of the Medical Division, the selected candidate will:
- Map the territory and identify, prioritize and appoint distributors
Establish and maintain relationships with Distributors on US territory;
Elaborate Sales targets by Area and by Distributor
Elaborate Marketing Budget and the Marketing Plan to support Distributors’ activities
When required, Manage KOL, attend national and international congresses, be able to conduct Product Demonstrations to Surgeons, assist Trial Surgeries and train the OR staff.
We are looking for an Experienced Manager, possibly based in the West part of the Country, flexible, keen to new technologies and oriented to innovations, highly motivated, eager to take new challenges, with an entrepreneurial attitude, capable of planning its own activities as well as working in team, available to travel throughout its territory and the whole country.
The ideal candidate:
- has at least 10 years of experience in selling electro medical devices for OR use through regional Distributors in US and
- has a consolidated network of regional Distributors in US, focused in Neuro & Spine, ENT and Craniofacial Surgery.
Dental Division - Appointment Scheduler
The Appointment Scheduler is a flexible position that belongs to a new team we are assembling to maximize our outreach efforts. The primary responsibility for Appointment Schedulers is to contact dental offices to briefly introduce our products and services and to secure demonstration appointments for our Product Specialists. This position is off-site and ideal for individuals who want to work flexible hours: in this role, you can set your own schedule and action plan. The position is 1099 and compensation is proportional to productivity. Tasks include calling clinician’s offices and setting appointments, logging contact and call information into our Customer Relationship Management platform and booking appointments on the Product Specialist’s calendars.
Dental Division - Product Specialist
The Dental Division Product Specialist is a unique blend of sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate for the position will have an innate drive for success combined with a passion for customer service. The best fit for this position is one who maintains a positive attitude and enjoys selling innovative surgical solutions to the dental community. Tasks for the position include, but are not limited to: prospecting oral surgeons, periodontists, implantologists and other dental professionals in the territory, territory sales, customer support, conducting in-service training for customers, working hands-on courses (including cadaver courses), working tradeshows, and managing customer relations within the territory.
Medical Division - Product Specialist
The Medical Division Product Specialist is a unique blend of sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate for the position will have an innate drive for success combined with a passion for customer service. The best fit for this position is one who maintains a positive attitude and enjoys selling innovative surgical solutions to the medical community. Tasks for the position include, but are not limited to: prospecting and managing relationships with a variety of specialists (including maxillofacial, ENT, neuro and spine surgeons), attending surgeries, product demonstrations, territory sales, territory customer support, conducting in-service training for customers, cold-calling, working tradeshows and cadaver courses, and managing customer relations within the territory.
Medical Division - Field Support Representative
The Medical Division Product Specialist is a unique blend of sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate for the position will have an innate drive for success combined with a passion for customer service. The best fit for this position is one who maintains a positive attitude and enjoys selling innovative surgical solutions to the medical community. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to demonstrate equipment, service and train hospital or office staff, understand all clinical aspects of the device and all clinical applications, and build and maintain professional relationships. Tasks for the position include, but are not limited to: open new doors to earn more market share, work in operating rooms during surgical cases, assists Product Specialists with relationships, calling out to customers to maintain adequate support, cover and support the Director of New Business Development, and managing customer relations within the territory. The position is based out Piezosurgery Incorporated’s corporate office located in Columbus, Ohio. Position requires 50-60% travel.
